Discovering interviews with Disney artists from the 1930s is always a thrilling experience, all the more so when they are unpublished and conducted with two members of a team we know very little about. This is why I was so excited when Jim Hollifield sent me this interview with Sam Armstrong and Lee Payne (with a short contribution by Jack Cutting). This written interview was discovered in the Jack Cutting papers. Sadly, we have no additional context about it.
