[Frank Armitage] moved to Los Angeles in 1952 and worked at the Walt Disney Studios on backgrounds and layouts for such feature films as Peter Pan, Sleeping Beauty, Mary Poppins, The Jungle Book, and The Rescuers, as well as several educational shorts (Freewayphobia #1, Donald’s Fire Survival Plan, Steps Towards Maturity and Health, and The Social Side of Health), and the space shows directed by Ward Kimball.
