Commenting on this demonstration of Disney cartoon wizardry, Illuminating Engeneering observes: He was right. We can't do things like that with lights ... yet, but it's a goal to shoot at. Light is becoming a more and more importand factor in decorative planning, and Disney is giving us, in pictures like "Fantasia" a beautiful and exiting target. Interesting higlights of the technique followed by Disney in obtaining the beatiful effects with light and paint in his recent productions were described to the illuminating engineers by William E.
