A general description of the RCA Fantasound system and its operation in reproducing the unusual sound effects of Walt Disney's latest triumph, "Fantasia," was given in the last issue of LP. It was pointed out that aside from special multi-track soundheads and variable-gain amplifiers, all components of the Fantasound system are standard sound reproducing items now being sold with current theatre sound equipment.
