John Tobin: I met Roy Edward [Disney] a good many years later after both Disneys had died. The problem, before the house, was what to do with the so-called name contract: Whether or not it should be reviewed. I acted for the company in connection with that, which was a big, difficult thing, obviously of no interest for a biography of Roy Disney.
I haven't had anything to do with the company since then. In the interim, I have obviously met with Roy several times. I liked him immensely. He was just a dear, sweet, wonderful man, an absolute delight to act for.
