When Christian Renaut met Claude Coats during his &rst set of interviews, back in 1987, the Animation Studio had been temporarily moved from Burbank to Glendale where the Walt Disney Imagineering o#ces were located. That’s where Claude Coats was working. Christian was shown around the place and had the opportunity to see a huge model of what EuroDisney was going to look like. Claude Coats was a big, tall man with huge hands. He was very welcoming and amiable.
